Endurance, Insider: Absolutely must read!

My goal is to create products for men with more than 5% staying power!

How do you know if the product you're buying is really 5%? It depends on the man. The men who I test and recommend to you are typically in the 10% to 15% range. Many men get stuck at that range because they've heard so many different things about how much they should work out to have 5% staying power. Some guys are so concerned about staying power, they stop exercising. Others have never even exercised in their lives and they're still at that point of "this product works, what do I do next?"

This video, "7 Ways to Stay Strong and Healthy with 5% or More of Your Maximum" explains how to stay strong and healthy by staying active with 5% of your maximum for 60 days. The video starts with the following:

"What is the most important thing to remember when you're working out? Your body doesn't have enough energy to do the work of exercise.

The more energy you use, the stronger you get."

It seems that people who are trying to be healthier and stay strong don't have access to this information, and so they end up doing things wrong or worse, wasting time and money on bad products that are not going to help them, and just don't work for most people.
